Skin is our largest organ. It serves to inform us as to the circumstances of our environment as well as protect us from a variety of pathogens. Those with sking burns not only suffer great pain, they are at risk of contracting a variety of infections.

Who would guess how the same technology which allows a print jet printer the ability to selectively drop ink would be utilized to help drop the appropriate skin cells in just the right places to speed the healing of  burns. The US army has been working on this project and achieved great success. The implications are hugely positive for anyone with burns.
