I was just notified via email that I was being followed on Twitter. That, onto itself, is not a rare occurrence for residents of Twitterville.

To follow up on the “follow” I went off to Twitter to check out the initiator of the request. I noticed that she was an MD. As a retired Biology & Anatomy & Physiology teacher, my interest was piqued. When I went on to read the nature of her work, I noticed she wrote a book on a topic which is near and dear to way too many of us …STRESS! As I read on and listened/watched Dr. Eva Selhub on You Tube, I was drawn to Dr. Selhub’s authentic energy. Her message was clear, sincere and full of hope.
